Great dealership to work with, they really make you feel like a valued customer! Everyone is helpful in both the sales and service! If you want a low stress, easy experience make sure to check them out. They don't just forget about you after the sale like so many other places do, they make sure that you're happy with your purchase and provide support if your car is having problems or if you just have questions. Bob Wade Subaru has customer service figured out!

Excellent service department. Had a vibration problem on my old 2002 Forester on the way home to NJ. They squeezed me into their schedule. Unfortunately when I took the car in the vibration had gone away. They spent over an hour with it up on the lift and driving it around but could not get the vibration to come back and could not see anything wrong. The Tech. even brought me to the car to show me a couple of items I need to address when I get home. After all that, they did not even charge me for all their time. Very friendly staff.nI was reluctant to go to a dealer, but being from out of town I did not want to chance a local shop I didn't know. While sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car to be worked on, I was impressed as the service people came out to tell other customers what their cars needed, and that they did not pressure them to have more work done than what was absolutely needed. Prices for repairs looked very fair also.nJ. Robinson, NJ.

I chose this place because of the exceptional service we get when we get services done to our crosstrek. My vehicle took its final breath and these guys and gals were there for us. Not pushy at all and did everything g they could to get me what I needed. Not only did they get what I needed and more but also kept it in my price range and were honest when I wanted to look at other vehicles even though they would have made more money. The honesty, customer service, communication and pricing were absolutely phenomenal. Thank you all!

Rolando Mendez was my salesman. He was very laid back, no pressure. He said drive whatever you want. I drove an Outback and Crosstrek. Purchased a 2021 Outback. From start to finish, even with a 45 minute pause to pick our daughter up, the entire process took less than 3 hours. The finance manager was a sweetheart. No pressure from her either. I live in Roanoke but this was well worth the 2 hour drive. Thanks for making everything so easy and painless.

Just purchased a new Crosstrek through Austin, I must say it was the most honest, easy, and reassuring car-buying experience that I have ever had. This staff is attentive without being pushy, has an incredible care for detail, and will walk you through any questions you have throughout the process. We even got face time with the financier before finalizing the purchase. Overall I had a seriously awesome experience with this dealership and will be returning for any future maintenance on my beloved new car! Thanks Austin!
