Fantastic place with genuine and kind employees. Brooklyn is a sweetie and the whole morning crew of ladies had the place running as smooth as butter on hot toast. We went morning of 4/1/21 and, no joke, it was a great and homey Waffle House experience.

This facility is ALWAYS dirty. Never swept. You will always find food under the tables. They wipe the tables down with a dirty rag and at times placed dirty rag where food was being prepared. Ordered a waffle and it was burnt. Grits was lumpy. They never answer the phone when trying to place an order, but they use the phone to call you when your food is ready after you go inside to place order. Waited 45 mins for order and they were not busy.. Will be calling their corporate office for answers.. I believe they get their family and friends to leave great reviews.

Food was hot, drinks stayed full, waitress was attentive. What more can I say? Order hashbrowns covered in sausage, sausage gravy, and over medium eggs, along with a waffle. Everything came out fast and cooked perfectly.

The Waffle House in Harrisonburg is poorly managed. I do a newspaper route tonight Friday March 26th 2021 15 of us tried to go there to eat and we were turned away said they were closed I thought Waffle House was 24 hours a day. we were told I told them that we'd be contacting their corporate office and we were informed so what big deal contact we don't care. The manager has no control of her staff waitress was asleep in a booth. The cook gave you an attitude because we said we were hungry it was 15 newspaper carriers that wanted to eat some breakfast after doing their route and we were treated very poorly restaurant does not know what customer service is. Corporate needs to come in and overhaul this restaurant
