This is such a cute little space. The little trails in the woods are perfect for getting a little muddy. Plenty of animals to see in and around the pond. The centers activities look like so much fun.I wish they had rules about mask wearing . The playground can get crowded. Most adults are wearing masks but not all. Very few children were wearing masks.

We don't have kids, but the playground was full of children having fun. We're not sure if the nature center was open or not, but we did take a nice walk around the pond and on the orange blazed trail. There is a nice creek that runs through as well. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It's only March, but some daffodils were in bloom. We saw turtles, ducks, and geese. We also spied a hawk, not could not get a picture.

Beautiful park! My daughter is attending nature programs here, which are great and have been helpful in supplementing her education during the pandemic.

Wonderful trails. Next time I will follow a map though.... I kind of got lost by wandering without looking closely at tree markers and i ended up needing to open Google Maps to find my way back. Perhaps a few more trail markers would be good! ud83dude0a☀ufe0f. Looking forward to returning again soon. Photo is of crocus flowering blooming today 2/25. Crocus blooms and Robin's prancing around hunting worms. Spring is almost here !

Always a nice place to go for a short, quiet walk though it can get a little busy especially at the playground and on the platforms around the pond.
