I just had to take a minute to say that Gail Elliot was one of the most efficient customer service representatives, that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. I was under a lot of stress, and she broke down for me exactly what I needed to do to resolve some issues with our windows. She was also VERY knowledgeable on everything and anything having to do with windows, and she didn't hesitate on educating me when I wasn't familiar with something. She also sent me a comprehensive follow up email. Great experience, scheduling to mitigate issues was done very quickly. Thank you, Gail!
Justin, Brian, and Andrew just left and I could not be happier with the entire installation process. From start to finish, all 3 gentlemen were courteous and cleaned as they worked. When they left, besides new windows you would have never known they were there.nnThanks again guys, fabulous job.
Love my new 4000 Series windows installed in January 2021. Due to Covid, installation was delayed but it was worth the wait. My installers were Whit and Marty. These 2 guys were very professional with their install and after clean up you never would have known they were there. There 2 guys had an excellent attitude and were very respectful. Very professional crew. Explained everything that they did. Went right to work..knocked out the job and were terrific. The 3 workers very professional. There were little scratches on my new screen door, they got me a new one. Work was thorough no issue at all. Very satisfied.
