Installer was very knowledgeable did. Great job. We love the windows- seem like good quality.
Window World installation guys were efficient and accurate (perfect fit). They really knew what they were doing. Smooth install. Highly recommend Window World. Now I have new windows.
We placed an order for window in October and was told it would be January. We received a card in January saying our windows were delayed. After not hearing anything I contacted them today and supposedly our windows just arrived today. They were unable to tell us when our windows could be installed. They should be able since the windows are there , be able to put us on a schedule and tell us when our windows will be installed. The purpose of purchasing in October was to have more energy efficient windows. We have had our 1/2 security deposit tied up with nothing to show for it.
Adam did a great job at explaining what he had to offer would recommend.
Window world installed a new ADA approved door for my wife Friday. We were in a bad spot after my wife's leg was amputated. She couldn't get through the door in her wheelchair and we where broke. They installed our door at no cost. Workers went above and beyond. They treated us like we gave a $1000 dollar tip. Please if you are reading this thinking about doing business with them do. By supporting them you help them to help people like us. Why would you go anywhere else
