I called ahead before driving to make sure we can still get a table at 9:30 because it was a 25 mins drive for us. After getting there, we were told their kitchen already closed when we got there at 9:30, no apologies were given. I will no longer visit this place after receiving such terrible customer service.
Authentic Japanese taste. And I should know...I lived in Japan for 20 years! Great service and reasonable prices.
The food was very good, I had the soy sauce Ramen bowl and it was one of the best Ramen bowls I've had in my entire life. The staff was a little neglecting because there wasn't many people there and my group was more or less ignored. The wait time for the food was little to nothing approximately 10 or so minutes.
I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are fantastic and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we go to this place we enjoy a gorgeous time. highly recommended.
I love this restaurant very much. theres a special atmosphere. The cuisine is splendid. the service is effective and the personel is polite. The pay is satisfactory. I warmly recommend.
