Five star, fabulous French cooking at a classy, idyllic location. Their soufflés make a truly outstanding dessert that must be ordered and cooked in advance while you enjoy your meal. Wide selection of wines. Fairly expensive.

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say their service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized consistently. Rates are affordable and they serve big portions.

I had lunch here for my 18th wedding Anniversary. I had not been here in about 15 years and we never had lunch there before that day. So glad to see that it is just as nice as I remembered. They provide a great atmosphere even if you are there for lunch. They treat you very well.. Every thing was delicious. The pea soup that they gave me was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent. The waiter was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He never rushed us. We were there for about 3 hours. It's well worth your time to eat there. It will not take me 15 years to go back.

We have dined on Easter at L'Auberge for more than 30 years. In our first real restaurant dinner in a year, we found the standards as high as ever, with excellent food and wine. Thanks to all, and especially to the wine steward, Richard for a great suggestion on a surprising red.

Such a VERY French resturaunt, reminded me of growing up in Paris, riding out into the country on a weekend trip and finding luscious food and dining by the most attentive chefs. A taste of childhood and memories! For us adults, Chez François's L'Auberge is a wonderful respite from stress, enter and feel instantly relaxed by the quaint decor and subtle ambiance. The staff was so wonderful and knew so much background on the history, really lovely touch. Don't miss this gem!
