I was driving Florida to Pennsylvania when my engine blew. I called U-Haul to get a truck with a trailer so that I could just tow my car home. The U-Haul rep said they would make a reservation near me and the scheduling people would call me with all the info I needed and tell me where. That's not what happened...I got a text with a location and phone number, so I called. They said they had the equipment I needed, just come down and if my reservation wasn't in the U-haul system, they would just book it for me on the spot. It was all super easy, they hooked up the trailer to the U-haul and brought it around for me. I loaded up my car and was on my way.

The owner Guy and his family welcomed us with open arms and after hours. We traveled across the country from Nevada and my truck broke down a few towns over. Our tow truck driver from Wreckmaster Towing recommended this Uhaul dealer since it was next door to his tow yard. We were able to rent a truck from them to finish our move to Pennsylvania. I really appreciate these caring, standup, down home people to anyone needing to rent a Uhaul. They made our rough time much more bearable!!! Thank you Guy & Family!

Was told we would be refunded for insurance we did not want or afford. Was assured it would be credited back to us was not. Ripped us off over $200.00. Never will use lying U haul again.

Very nice people, wouldn't recommend going to any other vape store or uhaul distributor but cafe vapes.
