I was charged with reckless driving (94/55). First charge I ever received so I was initially very nervous. Attorney Letnick lead me through the entire process and provided me with good driving class resources. I appeared with him on my court date and he got my charge reduced to a 91/55 with a fine. That was a perfect win to me since I didn’t get any points, no misdemeanor charge, and a pretty low fine. I am extremely satisfied with the result and definitely recommend him.

Jeremy was very attentive from the beginning, took my call, assured me, immediately gave my case the kind of attention to detail I wanted to hear. I felt very secure after hanging up the phone. I sent the documents he requested. On court date he appeared for me. Got my reckless driving reduced to a failure to obey highway sign. No points, no misdemeanor, low fine. He is very professional. I never had to follow up on anything, he always took the initiative. I would highly reccommend!

In the beginning, it seemed like Robert Letnick was on your side and was there to help you. However, as the case progressed, it became clear that he did what was in his best interest financially by advising to not negotiate, and it seemed like he was stalling. In addition, he sometimes refused to do what was asked of him. It seemed that he didn't do a lot of the work that he billed for. It appeared that he kept charging for the same activity over and over again. When it got closer to the court date, he suddenly changed his stance, and it seemed like he was advocating for the opposition and giving poor advice.nnRobert Letnick's work style is outdated as the office needs to print out everything instead of doing it digitally, and I feel like this may be on purpose just so the bill will be higher because they charge for printing.nnIn terms of customer service, he and his secretary were very rude and very condescending. I would highly NOT recommend Robert Letnick because you will most likely not receive the support and service that you need through such a difficult time. If you look through the reviews of the this law firm, most of the positive reviews are for his son not for him. Keep this in mind.

Mr. Letnick recently handled my reckless/aggressive driving case, and presented an organized, knowledgeable, and precise defense. The results were far better than I would have expected. Mr. Letnick also did a great job preparing me before the hearing date by providing course recommendations, a surplus of relevant information, and quelling any doubts I may have had. Would highly recommend!

Mr. Letnick did an excellent job defending my case. This was my first case, so understandably I was very nervous. He did a great job reassuring me throughout the entire process and answered all questions that I had. Mr. Letnick is very professional and I highly recommend him to everyone!
