Always friendly. I enjoy the open space. This way you can move around when it comes to your workout. That is great for those of us that don't really care for machines. You can't get no better.
Great Gym, really friendly. Been coming for a little over a year and from day one have been nothing but encouraging.nThe classes are composed of all ages and experience level so it’s inviting to all people.nThe location is great and has on site shower/changing rooms.nThis gym has done a Great job creating not only a fun fitness environment but also a wonderful community.
I attend occasionally. There's a strong sense of community here. Marcus is my fave coach :)
Friendly staff and regulars. Nice place to drop in while traveling to the area. Had a good workout.
The coaching staff brings a wide range of experience, expertise, and instruction styles. You'll find first-timers working in class alongside athletes who've trained for years, which allows for faster skill development and fitness gains. Everyone is friendly, no egg-heads or ego-maniacs. Competitive pricing, nice changing and shower facilities, top-notch programming, and Tysons is quickly becoming the place to be.
