Employees at the gym are pretty friendly but a bit aloof. Once they get to know you/recognize you they are quick to let you in. A few employees do not wear masks correctly nor social distance. Most members where masks appropriately but there are some who do chin-mask or don't cover their nose which is unfortunate. Ample cleaning supplies at the front of the gym to disinfect your equipment, sometimes prior members do not clean well. There is also some built up grime on some machines in some of the harder to clean cervices. It would be good if the staff did some deep cleaning to resolve.

I rarely endorse places, but I absolutely love it here and coming in is one of my favorite parts of my day. The people who work here are really nice, and the equipment all works perfectly and is up-to-date. It’s super clean to begin with, but the covid protocol is strict, easy, and successful (mask everywhere except active running, disinfect everything before and after use, enforced distancing) and I love that nearly all of the other people who come here are willing to make it a safe place.

Very enjoyable and Outstanding place to workout, the Staff is very pleasant and helpful, I wish I had been going here a long time ago? I'll recommend this place or all Planet Fitness to my colleagues.

*Former Employee of this location*nnThis is a terrible place to work. I don’t care how in-need of a job you’re in, DO NOT WORK HERE. Toxic work environment, poor management, low pay ($10/hr), and they make you do a lot of cleaning. Customer service here is not easy, there is not any help from management during customer escalations. Not to mention that the franchise lies about COVID protocols. During my 7 months of employment we had members call in saying they tested positive and our Horrible District Manager Julio Reyes basically told us to not say anything and make sure nobody finds out. The General manager we had basically got fired because our gym didn’t reach a certain amount of unrealistic numbers. We are in a pandemic and there’s like 5 planet fitnesses within 3 miles of each other. Corporate greed and terrible work experience. Will never work for this company again.

One of the workers on the morning shift (i think his name was Michael) was super helpful and very informative! Great energy :) Good face for the front of the gym
