Was in town for less than a month and wanted to be able to get in the gym. Spoke to Moss with the Sales Reps and he was super accommodating and was able to get me access for the time I was there! Great staff and a well equipped gym for the area that makes the best use of the limited space available.

It’s okay, I enjoy the water aerobics mostly. The pool is always too cold and the hot tub is not as warm as it should be. The pool and hot tub needs maintenance. The area for personal training is very small, personal training should be utilized in the whole gym not confined to one area. The prices are okay, I guess it’s the average. I wouldn’t pay for a trainer though, way too much. Get you the mirror exercise equipment and you can help yourself.

Been a member with this location for over five years, not only I barely use the gym and I understand this is not their fault, I have my both adult kids as members as well. After March 2020 we froze our accounts until things got settled down then start using the gym periodically. In January I decided to cancel my gym membership and my daughters as she left for college. Two people help me print out the paperwork for cancellation and said that an email confirmation was sent out. My account was charged in February, I thought well they’re just end in the cycle then March comes and another charge for the full payment placed on my bank account. I called then went in person, no record of the cancellation in the system!!! Are you kidding me? Then the manager decided that I need to prove that I cancelled or she can’t refund me. I mean I’ve been ok with been charged almost a year and I’m gonna lie about two months!!! So unprofessional and deceiving, I don’t see myself re-signing A membership with them ever again. They make it really difficult to cancel your gym membership! I asked their staff at the front desk to cancel my gym membership, and they refused to allow me to cancel my membership while I was there in person. Then they sent me an email, which then required me to create a new online account just so I could cancel my membership, then they do not let you cancel it online.. then they make you physically print out a cancellation form and send it through the mail to them. It’s a decent gym, but they have really shady business practices if you want to cancel your membership.
