Just started this gym maybe a week or two ago, large gym with space gone to other Onelife gyms and it’s over populated.nOnly thing I’d recommend is :nfirst night I went I didn’t get a full break down of the gym; I got the membership online and I think a walk through and maybe what I’m paying for in person details would go a long way with customers.nnOverall staff I have encountered is friendly and acknowledges you when you enter and exist and lastly they keep gym clean, I think this is the best location in the Nova area !

I just joined the Onelife Fitness facility in Burke, after my previous fitness center closed due to the pandemic. What an impressive place - everything from circuit machines to free weights to a heated swimming pool to cycles to a movie theater! Very friendly and catering to everyone from true muscle heads to folks who can barely lift a 7-lb dumbbell. Busy but not crowded, and very clean/sanitary (so important in these pre-vaccine days). My new home away from home.

There is no place like HOME. One Life @Burke is truly the BEST gyms in da area...Brandon (GM) is truly friendly and awesome. He talk to you like you are part of his family. well dress...very professional to the level that you will wanna talk to him MORE. Kenny (Director) is truly pro n amazing when it come to training your body. All the rest of the staffs are well trained with great smile & positive ENERGY......They do their BEST part to keep the home safe & clean, we MUST do our part to keep the HOME safe & clean. We are in this together!!!! I've had recommend my whole family & friends to ONE LIFE because its worth the value of what you are paying!!! ONE LIFE gym is like Mercedes (high quality), PF is like _________ (low quality)

If you are looking for a gym that cares about your well-being you must give Onelife Fitness a try. I have been a member for over 8 years and they are constantly keeping up with the latest trends. The facility is very clean and their staff is extremely friendly.

I was from out of town and looking for a good gym while visiting family. Shaun and the entire staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I called until I left. The facility is amazing and literally has everything you could want to include prowler sleds and really nice barbells. I definitely recommend it to everyone regardless of goals or workout styles. They can support it all. They have a great balance of allowing you to get a good workout in while managing COVID requirements. As other reviews have stated, the gym is usually busy but not overly full where you are waiting to use a piece of equipment. I honestly wish I was staying longer so I could make this my regular gym. I'll be coming back any time I'm in the area.
