Starting with the cute bubbles we sat in. Open to the fresh air if we wanted but also kept social distance from others. Many gluten sensitive options including fries! I had a delicious Ruben. The service was incredible. Fast and so attentive. Pete is an amazing server. Checked on us multiple times and connected with my teenage son!

Reliably very good quality American fare mostly, served in comfortable atmosphere having attractive interior restaurant architecture, furnishings, lighting, sight lines and acoustics. Prices in my opinion correspond to food quality, plate portions and overhead. Service appears to be earnest and well intentioned generally. Servers seem to me to be working on strict corporate scripting and choreography, wooden and mechanical.

Great boozy milkshakes, pop tarts, food. Cool bubbles to eat in outdoors to keep socially distance while also slightly warmer/blocks wind. Great service. Highly recommend

The food served here is exactly what you’d expect, and that’s not a critique at all. Ted’s does the staples well and their artisan pop tarts are legendary. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is their prices (a bit steep).

Food is good, but the customer service for picking up a to go order is horrible and I’m writing this review after multiple visits and poor experiences. They treat to-go customers like they aren’t paying money just like people who are eating in. They never read the notes on the online orders, so when I get there I always have to ask for a side of sauce or whatever I requested. The last time I noted that I wanted a side of something and when I looked in my bag and didn’t see it, the woman told me it was put on the food. I told her that I requested a side of it and she had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I’m assuming she had a lot of orders to get to but it was just horrible. I’m paying money to eat this food just like everyone else, so whether or not you have other orders to get to—you should treat all of your customers with respect. I asked for her name and I think her name was Olivia but I honestly can’t remember. Anyway I won’t be returning. I’d rather put my money somewhere else.
