The only Verizon team member was Marjorie. There was three customers ahead of me. Marjorie was excellent with each customer. She multi-task with great ease. She waited on the customer answered phone and acknowledged customers coming to the door. She made each person fill as they were her main focus.nShe also cleaned each station after the customer left.nI was very impressed with Marjorie.nIf I should need help I would want her to assist me.

She was awesome and the only one working. I came in late at night for a car charger. Even though she was the only one there she helped me immediately and found what I needed. She was very polite and quick. She charged me on one register but it froze up and had to ring me out in a different one. With all that happening and her rough day she still assisted me and didn’t have an attitude one bit. She deserves a raise to be the only person working should be a problem but she held it down!

Larry was an extremely professional and knowledgeable customer service representative at the Colonial Heights Verizon store. He listened to our issues and asked follow-on questions to fully understand, and help resolve the ongoing issue with our son's phone. He personally called Verizon to ensure that our issue was completely resolved before we left the store. The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly. I did not feel rushed through my process. Everything was explained in great detail. MJ and Larry were wonderful! I would definitely return to this store.
