Alway a manager on the floor or someone with excellent advice. Rewards good 2 build up over time an online. If you go pick up an order or something an you remember you wanna check or order something new these people can do it.

I stood looking at a printer, reading the limited information available and exploring it's features - I wanted to purchase it - but no one bothered to acknowledge my presence after 10 minutes, so I left. I should have been easy to see because I was wearing a lime green hi-vis jacket. And, the associates were just busy with each other, not another customer.nI guess I'll have to rate my purchase from Amazon.

Very bad customer service. Wanted to exchange a Blu Ray because the disk was defective and the movie skips a lot. They didn’t have the title (took them almost half hour to look for it) so I was offering to exchange it with a similar title that’s about the same price. They say they could exchange it but I have to pay $8 more. What is worst is that I order the item when it was on sale and Best Buy cancel it on me. I should be able to exchange for that item already since they don’t have the defective item in stock. I’ve already wasted almost an hour so I was willing to get a refund. The store manager say that I can only get store credit which I didn’t want because customer service was so bad I don’t want to come back. I got told them I waited an hour for this and it’s bad customer service and the store manager asked me to leave the store. Even after I told him let’s just work it out he wouldn’t hear me. I have never been treated this way and this is totally out of line.
