Best Home Depot visit ever. Chuck in plumbing was very, very helpful. So was the guy in flooring but his name escapes me. (Sorry!). Both took customer service to a whole different level. Kudos, Home Depot. Well done! I'll be back.

Mayah (or whatever your name is, couldn’t read into the apron) in the paint department - if you don’t like your job then QUIT. I was so nice to you and thanked you for your work. But I shouldn’t have. You looked bothered and never said a word and used the mask as an excuse to not communicate and I had specific questions for the paint for my business. You didn’t even mix the paint but made every request seem like I was asking for money you didn’t have. You were clearly irritated to help me and for no reason other than you seemed to be having a bad day and wanted everyone else to have one too. I’m never coming back here again and really hope whatever issues you have get solved or just left at home before you come in to work and treat all the customers like garbage.

U shop at Home Depot often. My only complaint is there is a need for more help loading all my large home improvement items. Eighty pound bag if concrete and 4x8 3/4 inch plywood is a bit much for me the lift alone.

Make sure your chargers are correct before you leave the store. My card was charged a total of $700 for 350 deposit on a tool rental. Everything fully processed through the bank. The lady that works in bookkeeping said she wasn’t gonna waste her time to even look up the transaction to see what was going on the problem was my bank. My bank told me that it was an issue on their end because they charged two separate charges. Find it very frustrating that the lady wouldn’t even take any of my information to try and look up the transaction she just simply told me to wait 5 to 10 more days
