Ordered from this IHOP today 3/18/21 around 12pm. Advertising curbside but don’t think this option is available as when we arrived and called the 520-5000 number no one picked up and the voice messages were full! Ended up going inside to pick up order only to get home and discover they forgot my omelette!!! Have been trying to call since I arrived home around 1:15 today and still have not gotten through on the phone because no one answers the phone!! Never heard of a business that just don’t pick up at all! I would appreciate if someone contact me as this item was paid for and NOT received!!!

Do not waste your time coming here. Walked in to find out they were only accepting exact cash as their systems have been down for the past 3 days . We then sat down where we given a dirty cup of water for tea. After requesting a new cup, we sat and waited for over an hour for our food when the restaurant wasn’t in the slightest bit busy. The manager came over and apologized but in the end we left without eating. We will not be returning.

Good food, every time we go there takes forever for food to come out of the kitchen. We sat there 1:20 minutes, finally walked out

WAY TOO LONG a wait for our food even though it wasn’t even busy at the time.. We couldn’t finish eating our meal because It was room temperature by the time we got it. If the waiter can’t deliver without touching the pancakes with the side of his finger/nails then he should at least wear gloves! Greeter and waiter was very very nice but completely disappointed with the food. Sorry I won’t be returning to this location.
