Just to clarify on behalf of the other customers, the wait time for this location's drive thru has ALWAYS been insane, WELL before Covid. This branch is an absolute hot mess, and they clearly don't care about their customers' time. I can't wait until my loan is paid off, so I don't have to come here anymore.
Friday Oct 9, My sister went to this bank to deposit cash into my account and my car payment is due Oct 13. They informed her that they needed to scan her ID for her to deposit Cash into my account. Its not a law when you are depositing cash into someone's account you do not need to show or have ID. I am ashamed at the treatment you showed to a customer of 3 years and I will not recommend Virginia credit union to anyone I know. I wish i could give zero stars
Just one more reason to close my account with what used to be Chesterfield Credit Union, now Virginia Credit Union. I've been sitting in the drive through line for 35 minutes!!

Why have 4 lanes open but only 1 employee working....? Have 14-16 cars waiting for 45 minutes and 1 teller working. I feel bad for them.
