I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the help during my recent move.nnA team of four gentlemen arrived at my old address on the morning and quickly loaded all of my belongings onto the truck. Upon arrival at the new address, my belongings were again quickly unloaded.nnThe guys encountered an obstacle when my sofa did not fit in the building elevators, but they still delivered my sofa ? up 21 flights of stairs! I never heard one word of complaint over my obvious measuring errors.nnThe guys were really terrific, and I knew that my belonging were in safe hands during the entire move.nThis is my second move using Dedicated Van Lines and I would highly recommend your services.

It went very well. My initial email inquiry generated a call back within an hour. I received a quote over the phone and set up an appointment. Three movers showed up as expected a few minutes early. They moved quickly & carefully. They were very patient when I wanted a few more things moved at the last minute. Great experience.

We had a nightmare experience with this company. I chose them based on the excellent reviews which I am now questioning if are fake? Everything was good when I spoke to the representative he gave me a very competitive price and said because they already have a truck in NJ it should be pretty seamless. I was given every indication that a dedicated van lines truck & team members would be coming to pack and pick up our things.nnUnfortunately, the day before our move I found out our move had been outsourced to a local company called One Way Van Lines, which had horrible reviews but at this point it was too late for me to cancel. When I booked with Dedicated Van Lines, I expected the same company to do our move. If it was going to be handed off to another company, this should have been indicated before booking so we could have made an informed decision. The movers that came were careless with our things and basically just shoved all of our belongings into boxes with no regard for proper packing. Packages of pasta and cereal were thrown in with heavy items thrown on top creating a mess for us when unpacking (see pictures). I have a $275 Luggage bag and $180 speakers that are now missing. Several items of furniture are damaged. I would not recommend to anyone. Make sure before you book if dedicated van lines is actually going to be doing your move or if they are going to hand it off to a local company.

Super professional moving crew! I've hired other companies before and never received this kind of care for my possessions and consideration as to where I wanted to place them at my new place! Sure, they were a little bit more than my other moves, but worth every single penny! The crew never complained, once, about doing their job and were very courteous and polite. Even while wearing masks, they pushed through to complete the job all the way, they didn't compromise the quality of service at any point unlike my other experiences. I will definitely hire these guys again. Thank you for a job well donennIf you want to make sure your move is successful with true professionals and no casualties, go with these guys, you will not regret it!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst movers I have ever dealt with and I've moved to 6 states in 7 years. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I would have rather moved by myself! Paid a premium to use dedicated van lines due to these so called amazing reviews and it couldn't have gone worse. I am still in contact with Ryan Gold trying to figure out reimbursement for broken/damaged and missing items. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have an email chain from my move in July 2020 all the way until now trying to deal with this mess of an organization. I am happy to share these emails with anyone. Promised a $400 reimbursement for broken TV and have yet to receive that or contracted reimbursement for damages. Here are some additional issues that I encountered along with pictures.nn-Carrier came a week later for delivery that was originally quoted due to mechanical failures. Dispatch could never give an update anytime I called.n-Delivery worker called off an additional worker who was on his way because he thought he could do it all himself. I ended up helping with unpacking several of the furniture items, folding the furniture covers, putting together my kitchen table.n-The delivery worker did not have any paperwork for me to sign. I had to call dispatch to let them know and they told me they needed me to sign the paperwork as soon as I could. I still have yet to receive paperwork.n-Delivery worker was not wearing a mask inside my apartment while unpacking or putting together furniture. He kept coughing several times without covering his mouth all over my stuff, but when I called dispatch about having only one person, they said it was due to COVID, clearly not...n-Charged me an additional $150 for long carry, but was told long carry applied to the entrance to my apartment building, not my actual apartment door. He was parked right outside.n-Brand new TV came crackedn-Missing an artificial plantnnI understand they are a small business and a broker (used R&M Transportation), but this was a miserable experience. I have been avoiding writing a review for months now as I hate to do that to businesses in hopes that my issues would have been resolved, but absolutely nothing has.
