Well I ordered a beef burrito with rice, cheese, black beans, and guacamole. What I ended up getting was a shredded cheese and black bean burrito with mostly shredded cheese. Don't worry tho, the staff was there to fix it, just kidding, they were in the back room doing heavens knows what. Cleaning supplies next to the salsa made me feel like I totally wasn't gonna get sick and then when friends came into the store the staff when running to see them... wish I got that kinda attention. The famous queso was about as thick as maple syrup on a cold winter morning as well. All together, needless to say, I would not recommend this specific Moe's.

Very disappointed in the size of the burrito it was small and had very little filling in it. Also my husband ordered a meal and only got a drink and chips-no queso and the bottom of his Stacker had burnt pieces of ? On it. Tray liners were put in wet trays which caused some of the chips to get soggy. Hard to find a place to sit down because of dirty tables. Not a good experience at all. Took awhile to get our food and they weren’t very busy. Plus no receipt...

I ordered online and accidentally marked pickup instead of delivery, I called to resolve the issue and they sent one of their employees to drop off my meal. I am more than thrilled with their service. Would recommend.

First time back to a moe's since 2014. Not impressed. The food tasted decently palatable but that is where the good ended.

Called in an order for 15 people, pickup and return, no utensils, napkins, salsa for chips and a few mistakes with order.
