I was absolutely blown away by how perfect everything was. I went here as a date night with my partner and it was incredible. We shared the meat sampler and two sides: the Mac and cheese along with the esquites/ Mexican street corn. Everything tasted perfect, especially the meat. Everything was so juicy and tender. Plus nothing was dry which can be tricky with smoked/grilled meats. The staff was so nice and helpful.
Had high expectations but we were really disappointed by the quality of the BBQ. We ordered a rack of pork ribs and they were very dry. For 37 dollars a rack, we were expecting excellent ribs. This could have been an older rack - but it shouldn't have been served.nOn a positive note the drinks were very good and our server was nice.
The food.. delicious; The service... exceptional! The atmosphere...beautiful. Definitely a place that can become your favorite place. Oh and did i mention the drinks? ... Try the smoked whiskey sour.
We came to Texas Jacks Barbecue for a meat sampler and we will come back again. Food was amazing, service was quick and very helpful. Our server Mesa was very nice, on his recommendation I had homemade apple pie for desert. Thank you Mesa! Great job!
I still think that this place has the best brisket and pork in town. I Really love the esquites. They are a must order every visit.nnHalf Price meat sampler is an absolutely amazing deal at happy hour. Very safe in door dining
