The food was great, but the staff was what really made Osteria da Nino stand out. Nino treated us like family, and even made a special meal for my 2 year old nephew. Our waiter was so kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for some high quality Italian food and some of the kindest people in DC!
My partner and I visited Osteria da Nino for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Eggplant parmigiana was one of the best I have ever had. My partner had the Bronzino with mixed vegetables and fennel which was great as well. The fried zucchini flower appetizer was perfectly prepared. Service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and all tables were spaced appropriately for social distancing The owner checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking which made our experience even more special. He also told us about their complimentary wine tastings on Wednesdays. We will definitely will be back!
Amazing! Great eats, super drinks! We had questions about the food and the chef came out and clarified! The Italian long Island iced tea was exceptionally prepared.
Such an amazing dinner!! Everything was fresh and authentic! Only thing that would have made it better was a full crowd and no masks, but that's the world now.
Excellent wine selection but the food was very disappointing. Some of the appetizers were tasty,but the main courses for each in our party fell well below expectations. Although descent, da Nino is not on my list of good Italian restaurants.
