They definitely have some delicious pho and fast service, but not many selections from the menu. The 4 star is specifically towards my experience- Consider ordering over the phone, since they’d rather answer phones when there is already a long line inside.

Soup is good, but charges an extra $1 for a plastic cup. When the restaurant compels you to order to go in the first place. Amounts to an additional 10% tax.nnMind you, they do not produce receipts or explain this, so it is also a hidden fee. Coupled with the issue (as another reviewer has noted) that their price has a tendency to vary with repeated visits.

I love Pho 75! Delicious, authentic taste, always. 7 years after my first experience, it’s still my favorite place for a good bowl of pho!

The food is great and the value is there. Would normally give a 5 star review but this place gets dinged for cash only. If you don’t have cash they show you to their ATM which charges large fees. Be warned.

Smells great as you walked in. However not as good as it used to be. Tasteless and poor customer service. Asked the waiter where were the basil? He responded you came in late so there’s none. WOW!!
