I am disappointed that the firm was not able to pursue my claim further, but I am thankful that they at least tried to help me. I have accepted that I will never get closure for what happened to me, and as usual, the trauma I suffer from at the hands of the public school system will go unheard and unnoticed. Maybe Perry can help you, but he was not able to help me.

If you or a loved one have been harmed by a Doctor it is imperative to have attorneys that can win. The deck is OVERWHELMINGLY STACKED in favor of the Doctor -- especially in the state of Virginia. Scott and Michael will make sure your case is well supported and researched. A well thought out strategic plan will be developed giving you the best chance of victory. You will be well prepared and confident for hostile depositions and questioning by plaintiff attorneys. Additionally, if you do have to go to Court their temperament, demeanor and presentation makes them likeable to the jury and presiding judge.
