I recently had the pleasure of using the Steven Krieger Law for advice regarding a consumer protection matter. Steven provided me all my options and clearly laid out all the next steps and what I could expect if I pursued my matter further. The rates were fair, it was easy to understand what I would be getting and he explained everything clearly for me. Luckily I was able to resolve my matter without litigation but should I need to use a lawyer in the future I won’t hesitate to contact Steven and his team. Jennifer Moss from customer service was also great to work with. She had a fantastic attitude, was sympathetic to my issues, and collected all my information on the matter in great detail for Steven and the team to use. Well done!

The used-car dealership where I bought my car 7 years ago had failed to give me a clear title, so I couldn't donate the car. Because it was an old issue, I was having trouble getting it fixed--but Steve sorted it out, explained my options, wrote the dealer, and got me a clear title in less than a month, for a price which made sense. A straightforward, practical solution, fast--I would certainly call on him again.
