I'm training for a long hike and I wanted to get some tests done to assess my level of fitness. Formula Running Center offer V02 max, body composition and resting metabolic rate tests. I did all three at once and LOVED it. Ryan Widzgowski, the head coach and studio manager, spent 2 hours with me to go through the tests. Everything went smoothly and they provided my results in one-page reports easy to understand. Ryan was extremely competent and explained the results to me in detail. He was also very encouraging throughout the process (I was nervous for the V02 max test!). These test provide a ton of helpful information for anyone serious about their fitness or working towards a big goal. I will for sure offer this for my boyfriend for his birthday! Just do it - you won't be disappointed.

Formula Running Center is not just a gym. It's a state-of-the art place that focuses on running at all levels. The facilities are eye candy as well as clean and well-maintained. All of the staff I've interacted with are knowledgeable and professional. This is a place that's great for the beginner runner as well as the veteran marathoner. Finally, I especially like the fact that I'm supporting a family-owned local business.

First time at FRC for a recovery session. Ryan was an enormous help throughout the entire process. He was extremely informative and helpful as I tried a new form of recovery. Awesome experience and I can't wait to get back!

This place is amazing. They offer affordable introductory pricing for all levels to you can get a great idea of what to prioritize. The staff is phenomenally attentive and motivating. The coaches are world class athletes (literally) and cater to the needs of all levels. Have already recommended to all my friends.

Formula Run Center has experienced coaches, who help you improve your form and they are with you every step of the workout to keep you motivated. Class formats are well designed to improve every level of runner from beginner to advanced. Virtual classes are great, coaches help you feel like you are live with in-person coaching.
