Best gym in the area. If you're looking to learn something new, build on what you know, or just get in killer shape, this is the place to do it. Tons of classes for any schedule. Antoine, Tom, and the rest of the coaches are highly committed, accessible, and hold you accountable which you don't get most places. Great community too. If you're looking for a boxing gym, Urban Boxing Arlington is the spot.

Urban has been a great place to train! They offer a variety of classes for any skill level. The classes are a great combination of conditioning and technique. I love having unlimited classes with the membership, it's a great deal!

All around fantastic studio, wish I could give them 10 stars. The environment is super welcoming, not intimidating, and like everyone says, it's a second home. Truly going to be some of the people I miss most when I move!nnDan, Josh, and the rest of the front staff are always totally lovely and accommodating and make every single person who comes in feel welcome and pumped up. We live for the fist bumps.nnThe coaches are all phenomenal; they're always around to help correct technique or encourage you to work just a little bit harder, but they're also just all-around lovely humans who truly care about their students. I've had a serious ankle injury and Mike and Antoine have been angels helping me modify workouts so I can still come to classes safely while still pushing me to be better and not get lazy.nnThe facilities are spotless and the staff is great about disinfecting after each class and making sure everything is covid safe.nnCould not recommend highly enough!

I joined Urban Boxing in January 2021 and I LOVE it! It's a full body workout and all of the coaches really know their stuff. They have a super flexible schedule for work and keep the gym clean and safe during the pandemic.

I love this gym! Very clean and welcoming with a team of great coaches (Mike, Filip, Nathan and Antoine, to name a few). I would recommend to anyone, no matter their level of boxing experience.
