Patriot Crossfit exemplifies hard work, professionalism and a second family. Jack the manager is always prompt to answer my questions and help me get better.nnThey are extremely COVID friendly, taking extra precautions for distancing, wiping down weights and keeping people working out while staying safe. I feel very comfortable when I come.nnMost importantly if you want to sweat and get strong, this is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to better themselves.

By far the most enjoyable place to workout ever!
I travel to the DC metro area a couple times per month and have dropped in at a few gyms. Today I dropped into Patriot CrossFit and they were by far the most welcoming of any gym I’ve been to in DC. The coaches were friendly and so were the athletes. Their space was clean and their equipment was in good shape. They also have a/c which was an unexpected but welcomed surprise. I’ll definitely be back here again.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The people here were very welcoming and the quality of the facility is excellent. I highly recommend!
