Truly one of the *best* places I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I’d never even put on boxing gloves before, but finally gave it a shot. I immediately discovered that BASH is a family that wants to help you succeed and be healthy. A class, for me, is honestly just having a good time!
Just took my first class! Had Coach J (aka King J)! It was amazing. Super happy to see how safe and sanitary everything was. What a good time! I'll be back!
Never thought I’d join a workout studio full time (or boxing) until going to BASH. The energy of the studio and the coaches is amazing. The workouts are challenging, but also a lot of fun and something I look forward to each day!
