Crowne Plaza Crystal City-Washington, D.C.

The hotel was amazing. Clean and up to date. Very very nice . My only complaint was they asked if we were parking the car in their garage, we said yes, did not tell us it was $20 to park in the hotel garage. Had we had known that we could have stayed in the garage we already paid for and walked the half mile. But other than that no complaints. Very pleasant stay

Room was small for a family of four, they only gave us two set of towels. No cleaning during Covid. Location was amazing, no wonder Amazon chose Crystal City. Per someone else's review, park the car on the street over the weekend, it is free and there are plenty of street parking. I had to feed the meter once on Monday morning, $7. Parking at hotel is $20 per night. Hotel was clean, everyone wearing masks. Maintenance tried to come in on Sunday while we were still there, lock the doors.

When I called to ask a simple question I was put on hold for 10 minutes. First walking into our non-smoking room it reeked of cigarettes. The elevator wasn’t working on our floor one day so had to take the stairs. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Great location. Clean, well managed, checkin n checkout process streamlined due to covid restrictions and the only flip side being restaurant being closed! Nevertheless, enough food options close by and Starbucks on premise too!

Very nice! All the staff were so lovely, kind and patient. Room was great and comfy. Everyone I saw working and staying was being super covid conscious.nNo issues with wifi. There is a convenience store, restaurant and Starbucks on site.nGREAT location.nSuper easy walk to many shops and pentagon and pentagon city metro stops.nLong bridge park is right around the corner, as well as the Mt. Vernon trail that will take you out to Gravelly point (watch the airplanes take off or land right over your head, right on the river!)nAirport shuttle runs every 30ish minutes and is mere minutes away. I actually ended up missing the shuttle by 2 minutes at 6:32 this morning and a wonderful man who works overnights grabbed a set of keys and drove me and my kid last second so we wouldn't miss our flight. A+ Customer service, SO grateful.nnWould definitely stay again!!
