I had trouble scheduling a service for my car here in the past but it is happening again so decided to post a review. All departments (main, sales, service, and parts) phone numbers do not work. Online chat representative directed me to schedule it through their online service request, which I did immediately. No response 2 days later so emailed their GM, 1 day later still no response from him either. Today chatted with their online representative again, grueling 30min, trying to confirm an appointment because of no responses. Was told to drive to their location.nnFor the price I pay for parts/service I was expecting great customer service, not me begging them for by business.

I had such a wonderful experience with David! The whole team was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I am SO in love with my Alfa Romeo Giulia AWD - I highly recommend working with this dealership!!

Took my 2019 Alfa for routine service here after the dealership I purchased from (Tysons) was rude and not accommodating. I WISH I had bought my car here and will certainly purchase the next one from Arlington. Incredibly clean and comfortable facility, the staff was attentive and friendly and they made certain to wash my very dirty car upon return. Excellent facility and my Alfa has been an absolute JOY to own and drive!

My father and I visited Alfa Romeo of Arlington to look at few options for lease.First, front desk was very polite and professional to show us around the dealership then, our salesperson David Rich helped us out from there. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. We were very happy with our representative and his no pressure conversation. It made the experience a lot better. General manager were also very helpful and we will surely return here to lease a vehicle very soon.

A few weeks ago I made an appoint to have my alfa 4c serviced (oil change, chassis tightening) . Do to the length of the service they offered to provide a loaner car if I waited 3 weeks when one would be available rather than have my car serviced that week. When I arrived, (i live in southern maryland 1.5 hours away) they checked the car in as normal but at the end of the check in process apologized but informed me that they only had two loaners available (both Maserati) so I would need to make other arrangements to get home. Obliviously this meant I couldn't have my car serviced and would need to reschedule. A simple phone call could have prevented this as I could have arranged ahead of time to have someone drop me off. Because of their lack of communication they wasted 3 hours of my time and my car still hasn't been serviced. The more concerning aspect of my service was the fact that the service rep. after inviting me into his office at the beginning of the service proceeded to take his mask off and discuss the ridiculousness of wearing masks in general while I sat there with my mask on. While everyone else at the dealership did wear their masks, the service rep I dealt with did not. I am not sure how much they care about their customers health and safety, but I am having my car serviced at alfa of tysons for now on.
