Making an appointment was easy and I received all the information I needed to know via email and follow-up call/texts. Sherri was extremely helpful and courteous when I arrived. She walked me through the whole process and explained all the documents and offer details. Sherri made it stress-free and I felt very comfortable with my decision to sell and accept their offer. Super convenient and took less then an hour.

Sherri is great, very down to earth and accommodating. She made the process very easy, I was in and out in 30-45 minutes with a check in hand. I highly recommend this over Carmax (been there done that) or other corps who buy used cars.
