Went for my emissions and safety certification. The staff was very professional, upfront and helpful. Also everyone wore a mask and social distanced. I felt safe and comfortable and I will definitely be returning.
Great job Service Department! They followed the emergency instructions from Virginia State Police and gave a safety inspection without me ever exiting my car. It was quick. It was safe during this pandemic. And all the workers were so sweet I wanted to hug them but, ya know, can’t do that during this situation. Instead I’m saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
They were very helpful and professional with my car purchase. Everyone at each stage of the process did a great job. They were able to do all this at the very end of their workday, which I really appreciate. I love my new car and overall it was a top-notch experience.
