I bough a car at Arlington motors everything is good so far they try to keep my payments low I told them how much I want to pay a month and that's what I paying really friendly I know everybody have different opinion but do good job and we know how dealers are u can't win on them big dealers small dealers its like that and if we have bad credit we have to pay more them good credit people its a reality I give them 4 *

TERRIBLE customer service. I called for service on my 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring Van with less than 600 miles and since I didn’t buy it from them they wouldn’t help me. They said I HAD TO contact the selling dealer in Fayetteville, NC, then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and he hung up on me too. Mind you, I’m a legally blind client that explained the print on the owner’s manual was too small for me to read.nnAvoid this place.
