Eddy was great and so was the whole staff. The process was fast, easy, transparent and pleasant. I received a great deal with great customer service. The process was done in my best interest and they did not push at all. I’m so glad I chose this dealership, I feel like I’m in great hands.

Just purchased a Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe and................Hands down!!! ud83eudde4 Best dealership I have EVER done buisness with. They were professional, kind, not pushy, answered my questions and we're honest with me and even shared good laughs. They treated me like family. The team in Arlington Auto group show us Excellent customer service and help us on getting a vehicle. My wife fell in love with the CTS CADI that we purchased from Arlington Auto group. My wife and I had an excellent experience thank you team. If you are looking for a vehicle make sure you stop here first before you go anywhere else.

I saw a Jaguar XJ online, went in to take a look. Salesman1 was very courteous. He let me look around the vehicle and we discussed the possible value for my trade in but in any case I had my cash and was to purchase if the vehicle was in good driving condition. As I’m about to go for a test drive, salesman2 approaches me and says the vehicle is “basically sold”. I asked if there was a deposit on the vehicle because there was no sign on it and it’s still listed as available on the website. He says no but his buddy is coming in a couple of days to purchase but I can still go on a test drive if I want to “see how it feels to drive it”. This is unsatisfactory customer service and DO NOT suggest that any potential customers waste time with that level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.
