Half mile walking path through woods. Few other people on path. Pleasant place to explore. A hidden gem.

A great No. ARLINGTON,VAnFort/Park!! Great for walking running Hills etc...so close to Potomac River w Ample Parking!!

This was a really interesting place. Beautiful view of the Potomac and don't tell anyone, one of the trails has a sandy beach on it :)

It was hard for me to watch for enemies coming up the potomac. Plenty of trees have grown up over the hill making line of sight an issue.nnHowever, for sitting around and chatting with friends, it was quite acceptable.nnFYI, the well has been capped off and is no longer a viable source of water. You should bring your own.

It was a lovely stroll around a beautiful setting, just wished there was more of it!
