October 2020:nnThis place has gone down hill. The people who work the register do not understand the concept of cleanliness. As there was a bug (fruit fly) in my closed coffee cup. It was disgusting. When I asked about it they refused to remake it. As they do not understand English and speak to one another in another language which makes dealing with them impossible.nnStay away. As only the cash register person wears a mask the rest of the cooking and prep staff does not.nnAugust 2018:nnI complain about health options for most reviews but this is DD. It is where I get my Happy Brew aka coffee - large with five creams and sugars.nnThe little ones grab pink donuts with sprinkles. If you do the survey you'll get a free donut.nnCompared to the DD in Crystal City Shops, this place runs like clock worth and always have options.

You gotta do better with the queue here. It’s still a pandemic and people are definitely too close for comfort, especially with improper masking. Do you not have anyone tasked with keeping an eye out? Or is it just about turning orders?

Visited the Pentagon City location late evening and was delighted with freshness of the doughnuts and latte that purchased. Perfection!

I'm not gonna play Duolingo at 8AM for your employees. Look, I'm Trini and Rican, so I get it's not easy sometimes, but you can't hire people to take orders who are still working on their English. It's frustrating. I know it doesn't sound nice, but it's not about nice or feelings -- it's a bad business decision to hire unqualified employees who aren't equipped with necessary skillsets to communicate effectively.
