This is the best Peet's ever and my boyfriend and I love coming here! There are lots of coffee shops in the area, but we love going to Peet's because the customer service is INCREDIBLE. Every time we walk into Peet's, we are always greeted with people who seem genuinely happy to be there, and excited to help. Today we had the best experience with Lexie and Soraya, who were so kind, generous, and made us laugh the whole time. Plus the drinks are always so delicious! They were excited we are getting a new puppy, and encouraged us to come back for a pupaccino! They went above and beyond to let us try a new flavor and we just had the most fun experience...just getting coffee!! I don't know if this is all Peet's, or just this location, but the customer service is top notch for sure.
First time here. Loved the coffee. They asked what kind of topping to have! I always forget. Service was great. Plenty of seating area. Tons of ground coffee from around the world to buy.
Excellent coffee and service. Nice people and location!
The worst location! Certain staff members are not friendly and numerous times the latte I order consists of mostly milk, like they may have forgot to put coffee, which is of course irritating. This location is my very last choice. I definitely prefer the other locations much better.
Coffee may be good but they have no restroom. Please. The employees don’t go up the street to Trader Joe’s. Just another example of using COVID as an excuse for awful customer service. Go to Starbuck’s!
