Great and plentiful outdoor seating. Love the espresso here. Perfect every time. Pairs really well with the Blueberry Crumble there. Plus, comfortable outside seating. I am not sure there is anything else nearby that can match this place.

The most luxurious coffee shop you'll ever visit,nThe WIFI is super fast, and they have dedicated areas for laptop users, They also have a large outdoor seating, perfect if you want to sip a hot coffee while catching some sun rays. Honestly, if you live in Arlington or visitor and you're serious about coffee (Real good coffee), make sure you visit this place.
Overall very satisfied the chicken bacon pitas was very filling and delicious everything was beyond my expectations. I truly enjoyed my breakfast date with husband and can't wait for our next one.
