Have had nothing but frustrating experiences with this office. They weren't very forthcoming with information regarding HOA finances when I was considering moving into a new area. I've had multiple emails ignored, and when I finally did get an answer on one email regarding a pool key, the associate at Bushnell implied that I was somehow trying to swindle them out of a copy of a key for the community pool that I never received upon moving in. Each time I've had to physically visit their office, I enter through a front door, and stand in a 5' x 3' "waiting" area with an old couch and a bunch of boxes from UPS where you eventually have to yell down a hallway to get any body to recognize you're there. This is a very poorly run business that I would recommend anyone considering utilizing their services to shop elsewhere based on my experiences.
