After my car accident I didn't know what to do. I was told PA was a no fault state and to talk to my insurance. My insurance company didn't seem to care about me, just my car, the woman I spoke with from the insurance company was very dismissive. I have two young children that are home from school right now and I work from home due to the pandemic. The first day after the accident I was in pain just raising my arm to type. My sister called me and asked why her niece called her telling her that daddy was hurt. My sister told me to call a lawyer. We found and called Biscontini Law and I'm glad I did. Attorney Biscontini was so attentive to the problems I was having after the accident and got the insurance company to help me. He's a great down to earth REAL person who knows the law, not some expensive suit who doesn't remember your name. Excellent choice!

My doctor committed medical malpractice. After talking to other lawyers, I thought I had very little chance to win because the only evidence I could find was my doctor’s own notes. Attorney Peter put together enough evidence, and convinced the arbiter that the doctor was negligent. The whole time my case was going on, Peter kept me informed of its progress and what to expect next. I wasn’t sure how to be in court other than that I had to wear a suit. Peter guided me through my case at every step, and the whole time it felt like he was putting more effort into it than the other lawyers I talked to would have.
