As a business owner, taxes are one of the last things on my mind. Christensen Nichols has very reasonable rates and their knowledge of taxes and payroll is outstanding. They are quick to answer my questions and very professional. I highly recommend Christensen Nichols to put your mind at ease when tax season comes or to handle your payroll. In 2016 I purchased a company that was using Christensen Nichols to do their payroll and accounting. I was excited to work with them and see what they had to offer. I found myself disappointed on multiple occasions. Everything is overpriced, and I found myself getting charged for everything. I had an employee who wanted to make a change to their W-4, and they charged me. I was paying simply to have customer service. I never once indicated to them that I wanted them to do my W-2's for my employees, but because I had my credit card on file, I was charged $420. I have gone to a new payroll company that charges me 40% less, is incredibly responsive, happy to help me, and has my best interest in mind, not their bank account. As a business owner, I would not recommend using them.

Kim Christensen and her staff are the BEST! My wife has a degree in accounting, and we still hire them. My tax returns are fairly complex as I am a commissioned sales rep that has itemized deductions, and a rental property. I lean on Kim throughout the year to help me maximize the items I can deduct. I HIGHLY recommend Kim and her entire staff at Christensen and company.

Christensen and Company is AWESOME! I am a salesman and this year we decided to try a new company and try to get away from the cookie cutter tax accountants. Kim walked me through the list of things that I can write off as a salesman, and saved us a lot of money! I thought they would be a lot more expensive than the chain stores but was surprised at how affordable it was, and how much i got out of it. Thank you! THANK YOU!! Kim and Christensen and Company! I'm so grateful to have met Kim Christensen with Christensen & Company. I went into her office expecting to pay more taxes than I already had and walked out with a refund! She also took the time to consult with me for my 2012 taxes and, in 30 minutes, identified another $2,000-$3,000 worth of business expenses I wouldn't have thought of otherwise.
