Man when they say everything is 1 dollar they mean it. Just moved in down the block after a bad break up and needed things fast. They had all I needed and more definitive helped out in a pinch for a man with low fundage

I have stopped visiting this location in mechanic Street family Dollar because of how messy and not organized it was overwhelming to walk into the store but I have to admit months later I visited and I did admire how well they’ve been putting things together and how well they were trying to organize I complemented the store to the cashier that attended me but unfortunately as of today Saturday 12th in early afternoon I had a bad encounter with the cashier who eventually turned out to be one of the managers very rude- doesn’t say excuse me doesn’t say good afternoon cuts you in the middle of a conversation and when I eventually spoke to the store manager which was very respectful and very accommodating to the situation I let her know that the same way I was speaking to her I spoke to him and I believe that he needed more customer relations classes because I don’t believe that he should’ve had a position as a manager and the way he was so rude not only to me but another customer who approached the counter with a question- we all have bad days but now I know that I’m not going back because it feels like going into the family dollar in Fitchburg ghetto

Best kept retail secret of Leominster--fantastic alternative to the crowds and craziness of Walmart! No crowds, no waiting, great prices and selection of merchandise and very courteous staff!!
