Extremely delicious authentic Mexican food! Zapata is my new go-to when dining out. Even my mom wants to go back and she always prefers her own homemade Mexican cooking.nSide note: This eatery offers one of the hottest hot sauces I've ever tried -- you've been forewarned!

Best Mexican restaurant around! Their food is fresh and their tortillas are out of this world! The prices are reasonable. Last time there, we had the shrimp soft corn tortilla tacos, sweet plantains and avocado. Amazingly delicious!

I've never had sit down service but I've done takeout several times and each time it's been consistently amazing! The ceviche is my favorite, so fresh, light and refreshing!

This is our go to whenever we're in Fitchburg. Their burritos and tacos are excellent. The salsa that comes with the chips is very tasty.
