I'm a student here and also worked in food service at Fitchburg State University, so I must admit that I'm a little biased. However covid-19 has made things a little bit difficult in terms of sitting there and eating but you can still get a fair amount of food.
Its pretty good. All you can eat. The staff is nice and helpful with allergies. Also, lots of options even if you have a certain foods you can't eat.
Great salad bar. Omelet station is always safe, he makes a mean omelet.
This dinning hall offers a buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner, for around $12. There is a ton to choose from and the food is usually pretty good with vegetarian and vegan options.
Your better off spending your money eating bits of cardboard and sandpaper. At least then you know you know what your eating rather then the gamble you take up anytime you get a meal plan here. Avoid at all cost
