Had the worst experience today w/Fitchburg Jade! Thank you Tiki Tiki for saving the day!! It's New Years Day & I wanted to order some food for my mom so she wouldn't have to cook. I placed my order, gave my card # & paid over the phone. The guy never said that my mom hd to have the card in hand & he never said that the card # didnt go thru when I was on the phone. My mom got a call saying that supposedly the guy didnt write the # correctly & that they couldn't deliver cuz she didnt have the card in hand. My mom called me crying saying that she waited so long for the food & that now the food wasnt going to be delivered. I called back to give my card # again & the guy who answered wouldn't take my card # again, nor did he want to deliver the food to my moms house. Which by the way, she is a handicap elderly woman. I tried explaining that I was out of town & just wanted to feed my mom. The guy was really rude, told me they will not deliver w/out the card & they were cancelling the order. He hung up on me while I was still trying to talk. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JADE AGAIN!! Tiki Tiki who saved the day, told me it would take 45min, but they delivered in like 25min. My mom was finally able to eat almost 2hrs later!! From now on, Tiki Tiki will b my go-to for chinese food!!

Why is 0 stars not an option? Places like this give chinese food a bad rep. I've never been made to feel so guilty for finding hair in my food. Im guessing the plexiglass is to stop customers from throwing your garbage food back at you, not so much Covid. I demanded a refund and the wanted all the food back untouched, resale... I wouldn't put it past this shady place. Save yourself the time and headache and go to the reputable Chinese Food Restaurant convenient located next door, they at least look like they didnt spit in your food!
