This accounting firm helped us incorporate but then left us hanging. We didn't hear from them for 6 months even though I called several times. We never received a return phone call. This whole time we were receiving letters and fines from the IRS, the state, and DWS. I finally went into their office asking why they weren't returning my calls and what I should do about all the fines and letters I was receiving and he just said it wasn't his fault and don't tell him how to run his business. Asking him to return phone calls isn't telling someone how to run their business, it's a common curtesy!

I have used Bob and his team for years. He understands how to help start ups (which I was) and understands how to service established companies. He is a legacy vendor for our company and a trusted advisor. I would consider my tax returns bulletproof.
