CVS

I like this CVS (at Park hill). Usually have everything I need. Pharmacy staff are excellent and nice. My recommendation.

Never had a good experience at the pharmacy. A few times they upgraded their computer system and they lost my insurance information. I had my prescription forwarded from express scripts to this location but this pharmacy stated they never got it even though express scripts stated it was transferred verbally from their pharmacist talking to the pharmacist at this location. I called my doctor and they also confirmed it was sent over to them. Many times I have gone to the drive thru and asked the teller to check their computer but her answer was to use their online app. I told them their app does not recognize me and that is why I am talking to her in-person. The app does not work. Many times they stated they are out of the medication. Other pharmacies in the area had it in stock so have it forwarded from them. Many times they filled my prescription for only 30 days when it was confirmed by my doctor for a 90 day supply. I am sure they have an answer to all of these situations but it does look like that all staff are so busy filling and bagging the prescriptions they are not paying attention to the network computer system, insurance information and direct calls from other doctors and pharmacist. They need to hire at least a couple of staff for just inputing information as it comes in on a daily basis. This location is in an area where mostly there are elder homeowners so I understand there is more of a demand on them than the the other locations but since each location is different they need to adjust to satisfy the demand for their own general population.

Dont go here for dot physical there meter read error then 220 but they put 250 I bought the same meter (please see photo and date time) the result with same meter 194 even worst they gave me the dot physical for 3 months witch it was supposed to be 1 year you can go here be good and fail
