Most the people that work there are kind and polite except for one person. The girl that is skinny, has glasses, tattoos, and black hair has been very rude and unprofessional to my wife and myself on multiple occasions. Everyone else there is awesome but this one person makes me want to acoid going there. Could management please take care of this
The staff can do better at this location!! Only half the week you get a decent coffee!! Also why does everyone lack customer service now a days?
I love the coffee and prefer it to the other two coffee shops on the street. I would have given 5 stars. However, most times when I give them a $1 tip, they don't say thank you. It's like they expect it. Funny thing is, by offering a simple thank-you the tips might increase.
Friendly most of the time, good coffee, donuts and sandwiches! Our favorites are, chicken salads sandwiches and BLT on a Portuguese bread with like chipotle sauce!!ud83dudc4c
